Payment terms, pricing, and billing cycles will be agreed upon before commencement of services. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment after providing reasonable notice.
Content created by PresenticAI for your business (descriptions, posts, etc.) becomes your property upon full payment. Our website design, software, and proprietary processes remain the property of PresenticAI.
While we strive to deliver measurable improvements in online visibility, we cannot guarantee specific results such as search rankings, customer inquiries, or revenue growth. Digital presence outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms and market conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PresenticAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
You agree to indemnify and hold PresenticAI harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms, your business activities, or your misuse of our Services.
Either party may terminate the service engagement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all business profiles and accounts created remain yours.
Our Services involve interaction with third-party platforms (Google, JustDial, etc.). We are not responsible for changes to these platforms' policies, algorithms, or availability that may affect your listings or visibility.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify clients of material changes via email or WhatsApp.
